Andreas Nicolaou is a dedicated corporate lawyer and a proud member of both the Cyprus Bar Association and the International Compliance Association. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and a Master's degree in Financial and Commercial Law. His professional journey began at a local law firm, where he honed his skills in the corporate department, gaining invaluable experience and insights. This inspired him to establish EasyCorporate, a platform aimed at modernizing the legal practice in Cyprus with a focus on transparency and efficiency.
Who is Stavros Nonis
Stavros Nonis is the Legal Tech Director at EasyCorporate, responsible for building and maintaining the platform's legal technology. Together with Andreas Nicolaou, Stavros co-founded EasyCorporate with the vision of modernizing legal services in Cyprus. He has extensive experience in software development and blockchain technology and specializes in integrating innovative tech solutions that streamline legal processes and enhance transparency and efficiency, reflecting the core values of EasyCorporate.
