However, if you'd like assistance with opening a bank account, or registering for VAT (which is only necessary if your revenue exceeds €15,600) or social insurance (which is required only if your company has employees), these services are available as add-ons.
Company certificates are official documents issued by the government to confirm the key details of your company. After issuance, these are certificed by the Registrar of Companies. Our pricing includes the Memorandum and Articles of Association, Certificate of Incorporation, Certificate of Shareholders, Certificate of Directors and Secretary and Certificate of Registered Office Address.
The only difference between the two plans is the additional fee required by the government to process your company application faster. Our service, speed, and everything else remain exactly the same for both plans.
Around 50% of the fees you pay with our service go directly to the government to cover mandatory expenses such as name applications, registration fees, stamp duties, and VAT. The remainder is our professional fee.
We encourage our clients to request quotes from other law firms or corporate service providers before proceeding with us. However, keep in mind that law firms and service providers in Cyprus do not include VAT in their quoted prices, so the actual cost will be higher than quoted. Although VAT can be reclaimed by the company in the future, we strongly believe in showing you the exact amount of money coming out of your pocket. Due to the nature of our services, we cannot offer a full refund after payment has been made. However, if you wish to cancel within 3 days of payment, we do offer a partial refund. In this case, we will deduct the governmental fees already paid and a fee for services rendered up to that point.
