Pricing FAQ

When do I pay? Do I have to pay upfront?

No, you don’t need to pay upfront when you place your order. You’ll only need to make the payment after we’ve completed your KYC verification. Once the payment is made, we’ll start the registration process right away.

How are payments made?

We currently accept payments via bank transfer. After placing your order and completing KYC verification, we’ll send you an invoice with payment details. You can then make the transfer, and we’ll notify you once it’s received to proceed with your service.

Are there any hidden fees in the pricing?

No, there are no hidden fees. The pricing is transparent and includes VAT. The fees are fixed, so you will know exactly what you are paying upfront​.

Will I have other expenses to start operations?

Not necessarily. Our packages cover all the essential legal requirements to start your operations. However, if you'd like assistance with opening a bank account, or registering for VAT (which is only necessary if your revenue exceeds €15,600) or social insurance (which is required only if your company has employees), these services are available as add-ons.

What are company certificates?

Company certificates are official documents issued by the government to confirm the key details of your company. After issuance, these are certificed by the Registrar of Companies. Our pricing includes the Memorandum and Articles of Association, Certificate of Incorporation, Certificate of Shareholders, Certificate of Directors and Secretary and Certificate of Registered Office Address.

What is the difference between the Standard and Expedited plan?

The only difference between the two plans is the additional fee required by the government to process your company application faster. Our service, speed, and everything else remain exactly the same for both plans.

What are the costs of registering a company in Cyprus?

The total Registrar fees for registering a basic company in Cyprus come in two options: €328 for standard processing, or €528 for expedited processing. The €200 difference is the expedited fee which speeds up the processing time of the Registrar.

Are your fees really up to 40% lower than law firms?

We encourage our clients to request quotes from other law firms or corporate service providers before proceeding with us. However, keep in mind that law firms and service providers in Cyprus do not include VAT in their quoted prices, so the actual cost will be higher than quoted. Although VAT can be reclaimed by the company in the future, we strongly believe in showing you the exact amount of money coming out of your pocket. That’s why our pricing is 100% transparent — what you see is what you pay, with no hidden fees.

What if I change my mind after making the payment? Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of our services, we cannot offer a full refund after payment has been made. However, if you wish to cancel within 3 days of payment, we do offer a partial refund. In this case, we will deduct the governmental fees already paid and a fee for services rendered up to that point.
